Why Art? Magazine
Why Art Magazine is a personal published on Issuu. Why Art is made by GCSU Art Students for GCSU Art Students. I began my journey at Georgia College & State University as an undecided business major who was interested in art, music and engineering but I struggled to figure out where my place was. For two years I tried out many different majors and classes including early childhood education, psychology, business, public health and many others. When creating my own magazine I found it important to highlight the question "Why Art?". Why Art Magazine includes one professor spotlight, three student spotlights, an ever-changing top ten art supplies recommendation, a quiz and different student work as the front and back cover. Why Art is not only meant to support existing art students but encourage those who are hesitant to start creating art.
Typography
My manipulation of text allows me to create an impactful, informative, and recognizable infographics and posters.
Car Design
Somi is all about speed and luxury! Somi's sharp lines and geometric forms combine to create a sleek, luxury sports car. The headlights are dots in an angular line with a sharp cut-in underneath. Somi's wheels have a flat, matte hub cap creating one unique, consistent design. Not only does its design rival other leading luxury brands but it is completely electric and eco-friendly.
Cocktail Poster Series
Created and Illustrated graphic prints of cocktail recipes. The use of simple shapes and flat colors gave the series an identity and a style.
